Feasibility Study and Business Case for the permanent upgrading and expansion of an existing, temporary community centre in West Hendon as part of a major estate regeneration. Matter worked with community experts Mobilise and a reference group of residents to develop preferred design options. The team consulted with the wider community through newsletters and surveys to test the emerging thinking and potential appetite for new facilities and functions in the neighbourhood.
