Rosebery Avenue offices

Refurbishment and fit-out of lower floors of a Victorian warehouse building to provide meeting rooms, conferences space, social space, new reception area and refurbished offices for an international firm of consulting engineers.

The project included forming a large void in the existing ground floor, a new steel and concrete stair and lift, and refurbishment of existing fabric including waterproofing the basement vaults.
