Conversion and extension of former warehouse building to create 12,500sqft offices and series of showrooms for a fashion company. The building was refurbished throughout, including new windows, new services and bespoke furniture.

A new cobbled entrance court was formed and a cantilevered entrance canopy added to strengthen the building’s presence on the street. The new top-lit entrance area has large sliding oak screens which can be closed in front of the glazed doors to provide nighttime security.
