Mulberry House nursing home

Award-winning 48-bed nursing home for chronically sick elderly people who have wide-ranging physical and mental impairments, on a constrained site in Blackheath Conservation Area.

Rooms are grouped into small clusters around shared lounges with generous bay windows looking out into gardens and courtyards. All communal areas have robust natural materials and are naturally lit to create an intimate domestic character. Each room is given a clear identity and privacy threshold.
