Feasibility study, masterplan and concept design for the King George Sailing Club, located on the King George V Reservoir in the Lea Valley Regional Park.

The initial study included a masterplan for phased renewal and expansion of the club’s sailing and windsurfing facilities as well as an outline design for new clubhouse as basis for fundraising.
